RETIGHTENING CONSULTATION and/ or REPAIR CONSULTATION
Do you have weak or damaged areas in your locks?
This consultation is for those with Sisterlocks or Microlocks interested in retightening!
It begins with a thorough hair and scalp assessment focused on the areas that have been weakened or compromised, along with suggested healthy hair tips or regimens.
If we determine that the stylist can proceed with the repair session,
a price quote will be provided (per loc pricing).
Policies & Procedures
The following policies and procedures apply to new and existing clients; there are no exceptions to the policies and procedures unless approved by the owner, office manager, or office administrator before your appointment visit.
To ensure you get all the services you need on your next appointment, you must inform me of those service requests when you schedule your next visit.
For all clients, if you live within an hour of our location and find it necessary to cancel or reschedule a visit, you must do so within 24 hours. Respectfully, someone could and often does fill open appointment slots. So be kind and let us know if you have to cancel. Failure to do so will automatically incur a no/call-no/show fee of $100, added to your following appointment visit fee.
Any notification you receive regarding flight or travel delays, please contact the salon to make necessary schedule adjustments for all who live outside the state or outside of the US.
Anyone arriving at the salon 30 minutes late or more is considered a missed appointment. Your appointment could be canceled and rescheduled. Again, missed appointment visits will incur a $100 inconvenience fee.
Before leaving the salon, always schedule your next visit to secure your appointment date and time. The retightening hourly rate is $60-125 with a two-hour minimum. Shampoos, styles, etc., are additional services and fees and are not included in the retightening rates. Tips are welcome.
Smartphone usage is allowed; however, extensive conversations, music, or video viewing with audio must have earbuds or headphone adapters. In addition, no facetime or pics are allowed in the salon unless the staff approves.
Because of the limited time and space, no children are allowed in the salon unless they receive services.
